IWBI recently recognized Ms. Deepa Sathiaram, as "Global WELL AP of the Year 2022" for her remarkable efforts for spearheading the WELL Building and health and wellness movement in India. She is the first international WELL AP to receive this recognition from IWBI. En3 is leading the wellness movement in India working with over 100 million sq ft of WELL buildings in the country and with several large portfolios such as Nucleus Blackstone, Embassy REIT, Tata Realty, RMZ Group, Prestige Group among others. 

Ms. Deepa Sathiaram, LEED Fellow and WELL Faculty receives the 2019 IWBI Leadership Award from Ms. Rachel Gutter, CEO, IWBI. She is the first recipient of this prestigious IWBI award from India. Deepa joins an elite group of wellness experts globally that are helping create heathier spaces and redefining well-being in the built environment.

Ms. Deepa Sathiaram, WELL Faculty has been awarded the 2020 WELL Community Award by IWBI for championing WELL in the Indian market. This recognition is for her work to transform buildings and communities around the world to prioritize health is changing lives

En3 worked as the WELL Consultant for GBCI India for their own new USGBC/GBCI India HQ in Noida and has helped them achieve the WELL v2 Platinum rating in India making it the 1st WELL Platinum certified project in India. This is a truly remarkable effort from the GBCI India team and the En3 team to achieve this unique distinction.

Ms. Deepa Sathiaram, is part of a special group of sustainability experts who are working closely with Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and USGBC on "Buildings For Health Program” to understand the health impact of the built environment and what initiatives must be taken to improve the health and well-being of the building occupants

The Greenbuild Leadership Awards recognize outstanding organizations at the forefront of the green building movement. USGBC for its inaugural year of the award, has chosen En3 for its exceptional contributions to the green building industry and shaping the future of the world. En3 is one of the premier global service providers of LEED and one of USGBC’s top education partners in India.

En3 worked closely with RMZ Corp and IWBI to create the 1st WELL Portfolio for India of over 23 million square feet. En3 and RMZ have been involved in the WELL Portfolio pilot program closely with IWBI, working to develop and evolve the program alongside IWBI. As one of the early adopters of WELL in India both En3 and RMZ Corp are working closely to improve global well-being and create healthier places to live and work 

En3 has been appointed as the green consultants for the upcoming new state-of-the-art campus for the Red Cross which is coming up in Nairobi, Kenya. This campus coming up in Lower Kabete area in Nairobi will be one of the largest for ICRC in the region and ICRC is committed to creating a truly sustainable and green campus that will serve as a great example for future ICRC and Africa projects to emulate.

En3 and The World Bank Group achieve their 2nd "LEED EARTH" award from USGBC - this time for their Africa Head Quarters Building - Delta Center, Nairobi, Kenya. The team receives the award from Mr. Roger Platt, President USGBC

Due to En3's vast expertise and volume of IGBC projects consulted, IGBC recognized En3 as a "Premier Consultant" helping clients achieve their desired sustainability goals 

En3 became the 1st SME in the building professional services in India to have their Near Zero/Net Zero targets and commitment to be validated and approved by SBTi. This demonstrates not only En3's own commitment to zero carbon but also our expertise in helping our clients also set near zero/net zero targets and get them validated by SBTi. 

En3 becomes the 1st Indian Sustainability Consulting Company that has been invited to be part of the Sustainability Infrastructure Advisory Board (SIAB) at the Zofnass Program at the Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. En3 will work closely with SIAB & Harvard to help develop Sustainable Infrastructure globally.

IWBI has recently launched the WELL Enterprise Providers (WELL EPs) program which recognizes top firms globally that deliver a comprehensive suite of WELL solutions at a portfolio scale and support the growing demand for enhanced health and well-being in buildings. A total of 13 firms globally have this distinction and En3 is one of them! En3 is also the only Indian consulting firm to achieve this recognition. 

En3 has closely worked with RMZ Ecoworld campus helping them achieve the LEED Arc Gold certification from USGBC recently. This makes RMZ Corp the largest LEED Arc Certified Portfolio in Asia as well as India and one of the largest in the world as well. The award was presented by Mr. Mahesh Ramanujan, CEO, USGBC 

Deepa was chosen as one of the leading experts by USGBC to be face of the "LEED ON" campaign globally and to spearhead the green building movement. She is the only Indian to be bestowed with this honor. 

En3 worked as the WELL Consultant for GBCI India for their own new USGBC/GBCI India HQ in Noida and has helped them achieve the WELL v2 Platinum rating in India making it the 1st WELL Platinum certified project in India. It is also the highest LEED ID+Cv4 Platinum project in India and 2nd highest in the world. This is a truly remarkable effort from the GBCI India team and the En3 team to achieve this unique distinction.

En3 has worked very closely with HPCL to help them create a truly sustainable 53 acre R&D campus in outskirts of Bangalore and achieve the highest IGBC NB Platinum rating from the Indian Green Building Council. The campus houses 15 R&D laboratory buildings, admin offices, cafeteria, creche and other support buildings making this the largest Platinum rated Public Sector Campus in India. 

En3 has signed a pan-India agreement with Ikea Group as the “green consultant” and to help all their upcoming new developments in India go green and achieve the desired LEED certification from USGBC. This covers all the new Ikea Retail stores, warehouses, central distribution centers (CDCs), mixed developments and malls. 

En3 worked as the Sustainability Consultant for the Tamil Nadu Government and helped them achieve the LEED India NC Gold Rating thereby making this the 1st Senate Building in the World to be LEED certified. Ms. Deepa & Mr. Sathiaram sharing the plaque with Chief Minister Kalaignar Dr. M. Karunanidhi.

USGBC+ recently recognized Ms. Deepa Sathiaram, LEED Fellow as one of the Top 5 Women leading in Green around the world. This recognition is for her efforts to spearhead green buildings since the beginning and for leading the green movement in India and other parts of the world and ensuring that sustinability becomes an integral part of the built environment.

The Confederation of Indian Industry recognized the Top 50 Women Achievers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math recently. Ms. Deepa Sathiaram, has been recognized as one of them for her immense contribution in the fields of engineering and sustainable development.  

Ms. Deepa Sathiaram, En3’s Director was selected to serve on the WELL Advisories for the Air Concept and Performance Verification. She joins several other global experts to assist in the further development and research of the WELL Standard. 

En3's "World Bank Office Kabul" achieved the LEED BD+C Gold rating and also the “LEED Earth Award” from USGBC recognizing the project’s efforts to promote sustainability and LEED in new regions despite several limitations. This is En3's 3rd LEED Earth Award after pioneering green efforts in South Sudan & Kenya.

Deepa Sathiaram takes over as Chair of the USGBC "LEED Fellow Evaluation Committee" after serving as Co-Chair for 2 years previously. She is the 1st Indian to achieve this distinction. is currently working with USGBC to actively engage LEED Fellows to further the green movement globally.  

En3 was approved as a WELL Performance Testing Organization by GBCI making it the first Indian organization to achieve this unique distinction. This approval is a further reiteration of En3’s expertise and capability in the WELL onsite testing and performance verification activities and will now allow En3 to perform these tests for various WELL projects not just in India but also China & Northeast Asia, Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa.

The Campus Diplomatique Francais project in Peponi Gardens in Nairobi achieved the prestigious LEED BD+C Gold rating from USGBC thereby making it one of the most unique LEED certified buildings in Kenya. En3 worked closely with the French Government and the project team to help them incorporate various green measures and create this landmark.

En3’s expertise and efforts has helped Titan achieve an unique distinction for their new corporate office in Bangalore. It has achieved both the LEED BD+C Platinum rating from USGBC and the GRIHA 5 Star rating. The project also holds the distinction of tracking and reporting of the entire construction carbon emissions & offsetting the same 

En3 is now the only consulting firm in India to be recognized by  USGBC as a "Proven Provider". This means all En3 projects will be fast-tracked for LEED reviews and can enjoy faster and smoother LEED certifications.  En3 now joins an elite group of firms globally to achieve this recognition.
